## Breaking changes

- This release updates the DifferentialEquations.jl version to v8, which has several breaking changes with previous versions. In particular, the way to index the solutions returned by DifferentialEquations.jl has changed. Refer to the updated examples in the “runs” folder and to the [DifferentialEquations.jl migration documentation](https://docs.sciml.ai/DiffEqDocs/v8.0/migration/ordinarydiffeq_v7/#RecursiveArrayTools-v4) for details.
