Hi @chbeer! Very sorry for taking so long to review this PR, but I'm afraid I'm not quite sure what the goal of it is, since you didn't provide a description. It seems like this newly added test fails, was your intention to create this PR to start a discussion around how an issue could be fixed? I realize that quite some time has passed since you created this PR, but if you could provide some additional clarification, then I'll try to help out as soon as possible.
