OpenAI-compatible provider shows Ollama/LM Studio error when processing screenshots

Description

I have configured only an OpenAI-compatible provider. Ollama and LM Studio are not configured.

However, when Dayflow processes screenshots in the Timeline / generates a detailed summary, the interval enters Processing failed. Retrying shows the following message:

Error details: Failed to describe any screenshots. Please check that Ollama/LMStudio is running.

This error is unexpected because the configured provider is OpenAI-compatible, not Ollama or LM Studio.

Steps to reproduce

1. Configure only an OpenAI-compatible provider.
2. Let Dayflow process Timeline screenshots / generate a detailed summary.
3. Observe that processing fails; click Retry and view the detailed summary.

Expected behavior

Dayflow should use the configured OpenAI-compatible provider to describe screenshots. It should not require, or report an error referring to, Ollama or LM Studio.

Actual behavior

The screenshot-description step fails and reports an Ollama/LM Studio-related error despite neither being configured.

Environment

• Dayflow version: latest version available at the time of reporting
• Configured provider: OpenAI-compatible provider only
• Failed/retried intervals: 1,508

Hi again, and thank you for maintaining Dayflow! This is the third issue I have opened, so I especially appreciate your time and work on the project.

For additional context: I frequently switch between internal-network Wi-Fi and external/public Internet Wi-Fi. This likely contributes to the large number of failed intervals, as requests may fail while the network is changing.

Also, could you please let me know whether the request discussed in my previous PR #231 might be possible to implement? I think it would be very useful. Thank you!
