This pull request removes the
ai-benchsubmodule from the repository and transitions to installingai-benchas a Python dependency.All documentation and code references are updated to reflect this change, with terminology standardized from "ai-bench" to "benchmark harness" where appropriate.
The spec file location and setup instructions are also updated to simplify installation and usage.
