Add OpenXR SDK 1.1.54

Build OpenXR SDK using jhbuild.

Adding OpenXR SDK at 1.1.54 for XR_ANDROID_RAYCAST and XR_ANDROID_trackables
supports since the version shipped by Ubuntu 24.04 LTS is too old and doesn't
include them.

I'd suggest writing a more descriptive commit message so it's clear why we need the OpenXR SDK at that specific tag. If the description gets too verbose, you could open an issue, write the requirement there, then link this PR to the issue.

  • I need XR_ANDROID_raycast and XR_ANDROID_trackables extensions.
  • Ubuntu 24.04 LTS contains OpenXR SDK 1.0.20 which is too old
  • version 1.1.50 seems to be enough to me.
  • I don't need the latest 1.1.54

Which version 1.1.50 or 1.1.54 should the SDK include?
Do you have any requirement? > @svillar

I think going for 1.1.54 is good, as that probably includes security fixes. I think a message like

would do, thanks, @fujii !
