Hello! I’m Ian Carter Kulani, a passionate technologist, cybersecurity specialist, and advocate for democratic integrity. Born on October 2, 2000, in Mzimba Embangweni, Malawi—the "Warm Heart of Africa"—I’m currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Computer Science at East London University, where I explore the vast universe of technology and develop solutions to complex challenges. When I’m not coding or securing digital systems, you’ll find me cheering for my beloved Boston Celtics ☘ or engaging in political discourse as a supporter of the Democratic Progressive Party (DPP💙).
My journey is driven by curiosity, innovation, and a deep desire to make a meaningful impact. My Academic & Professional Path Mastering the Digital World at East London University, I immerse myself in cutting-edge fields, including, Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning, Cybersecurity & Ethical Hacking, Computer Networking & Internet Exchange Points (IXP), Reverse Engineering & Binary Analysis, Big Data Analytics & Deep Learning, Satellite Telecommunications & Radar Systems, Video Game Development & Advanced Software Engineering, I don’t just study these subjects—I apply them to solve real-world problems.
I founded @Accurate-Cyber-Defense, a Malawian cybersecurity startup, to protect critical systems from digital threats. My team and I specialize in Cyber Drills & Digital Forensics, Securing SCADA Systems Against Cyber Attacks, Penetration Testing & Vulnerability Assessments, In an era where cyber warfare is a growing threat, my mission is to safeguard infrastructure that impacts lives.
Coder @Afrique-Youth-Election-Observers (AYEO), Democracy is precious, and I’m proud to contribute my skills to AYEO, a youth-led initiative ensuring fair elections across Africa. We use Drones for Real-Time Election Monitoring, SQL Databases for Detecting Fraud, C++ for Secure Voting Systems, Machine Learning to Identify Irregularities, AYEO embodies my belief in transparency, youth empowerment, and the power of technology to defend democracy.
