Update copilot-sdk to v0.2.0, fix build workflow

Fixed release.

Fixed some styling where if the chat window was too slim it would cause the send button to go off screen.

The built versions of OctoBrowser!

I only have access to test this on windows but It's been built on MacOS and Linux, and its as far as "Works on my machine" but it should work on everyone else's

This release contains all 3.

The executable's are in the zips as Installers. They install the app to your system so you can easily run it.
Again like i said, I've only tested it on my machine running windows 11
So if it works on macOS or Linux congrats
