Major releas -backend Sanity upgrade

This is a major release - upgrade.

• The backend Sanity was upgraded to v3.38.0 and React was upgraded to v18.3.1
• Create new sanity.config.js file on the backend.
• On the frontend uninstall node-sass and install sass.
• Remove the token from the client.js file in the .env file.
• Minor CSS adjustment.

Add dynamic print for the year in the Copyright message.
