This is an IRC blazor server based chat hub built in ASP.NET Blazor server using real-time lib SignalR.
It was dockerized and hosted on azurewebsites.net for testing but, for now it isn't. You can host it on you local machine to test it.
Think of it as a group chat, you can send and receive messages with any user connected to the server, Using you real name or a nick name (No identity obligations).
