Description:
This pull request adds a Python script that implements the classic Rock-Paper-Scissors game algorithm. The program allows a user to play against the computer, with the computer's choice generated randomly.

Features:

  • User Input: Allows the user to input their choice (rock, paper, or scissors).
  • Computer Choice: Randomly generates the computer's choice using Python's random module.
  • Winner Determination: Compares the choices and follows the standard rules:
    • Rock beats Scissors
    • Scissors beats Paper
    • Paper beats Rock
  • Replay Option: Prompts the user to play again after each round.

Testing:
Basic test cases have been verified to ensure correct winner determination for each possible combination of choices.

Notes:
Future improvements could include adding a scoring system, a graphical interface, or more complex game logic.
