Incompatibility with PhpStorm 2025.1 #324

Hi! Thank you very much for your work!
The PhpStorm API will change in version 2025.1. Could I ask you to rebuild the plugin for version 251.* and replace all usages of BasicPhpDocStubElementTypes with PhpDocStubElementTypes ?

Revert back to 2024.3 for the time being.
