Missing source code for google_guest_agent_manager and google_guest_compat_manager #574

This is particularly problematic since #552 introduced a preset which has a hard dependency on
google-guest-agent-manager.service.Now downstream packagers will end up with a system which never runs
google-guest-agent.serviceunless they rungoogle-guest-agent-manger.serviceto enable it, which they are missing the source for.I know its availabe at https://github.com/GoogleCloudPlatform/google-guest-agent but there is no way to correlate a release of guest-agent to the commit in the new repo that it should be built with.

The source tree contains service files for
google-guest-agent-manager.serviceandgoogle-guest-compat-manager.servicewhile the Go source code for both daemons is missing.Also, depending on which revision is checked out, the service file
google-startup-scripts.servicesometimes adds a dependency ongoogle-guest-agent-manager.serviceand sometimes not.Could you please add the sources for these two daemons or at least remove the references to them? It's rather confusing for downstream packagers to work on the source when half the source is missing.
