Code Review

This pull request introduces support for Hyperdisk Balanced in the GKE TPU v6e advanced blueprint. The changes include documentation updates and additions to the YAML configuration. Overall, the implementation is good, but there are a few issues to address. Most critically, there's a duplicate module ID in the YAML file that will cause deployment failures if the new section is uncommented. I've also identified a security concern with the benchmark job running as root and a couple of best-practice and documentation improvements. My review includes specific suggestions to resolve these points.
