09 Development Procedure

I thought to write down the development procedure while working on the code base of nodemcu-webide with a "Wemos D1 Mini":

1. editing src/*, httpserver/* and examples/* with your favorite editor/ide
2. reset device, wait 2-3 secs
3. exit nodemcu-tool terminal CTRL-C
4. make upload_examples or upload_all or upload_server
5. reset device, wait 2-3 secs
6. run nodemcu-tool terminal again
7. nodemcu-webide operating as STATION (wifi client), starts quickly, within 2-3 secs
8. web browser reloads index.html (press SHIFT to ensure webide changes taking place)
9. testing: editing files in the webide and execute them, review output and source code
10. go back to point 1)

without reseting device nodemcu-uploader fails to upload.

Hard reset (disconnect power) is required if PANICs occur as seen with nodemcu-tool while developing.
