Also, assuming I understand you correctly, better to submit everything in a single PR. I do not know German, so will have to trust you on the accuracy of the translation anyway, and will only review things like utf-8, lower-cased filenames, etc. |

This is translation of spell names and their statblocks to German. Spell descriptions so far are not translated, and given amount of text it probably makes sense to do that as a separate PR.
