Added gaia-toolkit on the sidebar, and I basically ensured I gave a good explanation of how to set up and explore the toolkit package.

@lilanrex here are some changes:

This is a tool option available for anyone who want to launch their own Gaia Node on their machine. Please create this as a sub-page under Guides & Tutorials instead of a dedicated page.

Update your PR once that is done and we'll look into it.
