GTEのSoulBinderにBrokenSpawerの書き換えレシピを追加しました。
EIO側の使用エネルギーが多かったので、仮としてMVレシピにしてあります。
GTFO導入時にEIOのBlack PaperとGTFOのPaper Bagが回路重複していたので、EIO側を2から4に変更しました。
