What does this PR change and why?
Adds styles to make the login, sign up, and password reset pages more responsive to mobile screens. I believe the other screens will work too since I styled on the layout level, but I could not verify locally because I couldn't get my local server to complete any auth related actions.

Navigate to the affected pages, inspect element, and then click the laptop and phone button next to elements. Choose a phone screen and observe the changed screens.
