Description
This branch adds finishing touches to Doruk's work on #113, adding
bufr-queryto the bundles, and bumping the pinned versions to March 6. Theiodactests are still failing with the same error as before. I've tried fixing this but have found no solution, however I don't believe this will cause an issue with using the build. I've created a test build at/discover/nobackup/projects/gmao/advda/swell/JediBundles/fv3_soca_SLES15_03062026_bufr/, where I've tested all Swell suites are able to be run , and @cohen-seth 's PR for iodaconverters (GEOS-ESM/swell#741) works.Bumping the version to March 16 does cause residual norm diffs in
