Deploy nodes to all networks to ensure this works

We need nodes running to make sure this works and keeps working. These should have some metrics/alerts set up in case the sync stops working.

Networks:

• Devnet
• Testnet
• Mainnet

• Set up docker image generation in the CI
• Deploy the said image to the relevant cluster
