Extraction

1001_EXTRACTION_TERM_NOT_MATCHING

  • Definition: It means that the current term of this subject doesn't matches the term you're trying to extract. [SassyNic's Logic]
  • Solution(s):
    1. If it's during pre-enrollment period, move this subject to Unassigned Courses first.
    2. If it's during enrollment period, kindly check if you have added the correct subject that you're taking to the planner.
  • Note: This will highly affect the result of the timetable combinations, but you can always tweak the timetable by looking into CliC Class Crashing Mechanism.

1002_EXTRACTION_NOT_WHITHIN_TERM

  • Definition: It means that you have not navigate into any term section.
  • Solution(s):
    1. Kindly watch the tutorial video under Timetable Tool Tutorial
    2. Press cancel after clicking Start Extraction within the extension, it will also navigate you to the tutorial video

1003_EXTRACTION_NO_CLASSES

  • Definition: It means that either there's no classes data under the current subject, or all the classes are not able to enroll. [SassyNic's Logic]
  • Solution(s)
    1. If it's during pre-enrollment period, move this subject to Unassigned Courses first.
    2. If it's during enrollment period, kindly check if you have added the correct subject that you're taking to the planner.
    3. If none of the solutions above work, kindly wait for CliC to update the particular subject's classes data.

OTP

2001_OTP_NOT_FOUND

  • Definition: It means that you're not logged into Outlook using MMU school email in the current browser
  • Solution(s)
    1. Log into Outlook using your MMU school email.
    2. If you're logged into your account using MMU school email in the current browser, kindly raise an issue using Issue/Bug Report.

TIMETABLE

3001_TIMETABLE_SUBJECT_NOT_AVAILABLE

  • Definition: It means that the classes that are shown within the dialog has no available classes to enroll.
    (Either all the classes within associated subject(s) are not able to click, status is Closed, or seats are full)
  • Solution(s)
    1. Remove it from the current term grouping to Unassigned Courses --> run the 'Start Extraction' again using the extension.
    2. If the dialog doesn't show any subjects within it, kindly take a screenshot and then raise an issue using Issue/Bug Report.

!! IMPORTANT !!: Once you have removed it from the current term grouping, please note that you would have to manually enroll that specific subject(s) later on, and you might have to re-adjust your timetable accordingly if classes' time are crashing with each other.
