Integrate Windsurf IDE Platform Support

Integrates Windsurf platform configuration management into the Graphify tool. Specifically, it implements the WindsurfIntegrator class under graphify/platforms/windsurf.py to configure and clean up .codeium/config.json.

• Prevents config clobbering: parses and gracefully merges agent rules and context paths into any existing configuration without clobbering user-defined settings.
• Selective uninstallation: removes only the Graphify-specific configurations, leaving all other user settings intact.
• Seamless CLI support: registers windsurf as a standard platform subcommand (graphify windsurf install [--project] and graphify windsurf uninstall [--project]) and updates platform documentation listings.
• Complete unit testing coverage: implements a robust suite in tests/test_windsurf.py covering all integration and merge scenarios.
• All 2882 tests passed successfully.
