Fdate spec

I dont know if its usefull spec, but i still decided to code it for fun This spec allow to add the current date when the pokemon is created into his NBT You can grab his time with the NBTEdit sidemod Example :

fdate	fdate:now	Pokemon will have the time when created in the pokemon data (Work with pokespawn and pokegive)
fdate:<dateinms	fdate:<1623421330799	Coupled with a /compsearch, will tell you every pokemon that was give/created before 11 June 2021 16:22
fdate:>dateinms	fdate:>1623421330799	Coupled with a /compsearch, will tell you every pokemon that was give/created after 11 June 2021 16:22

Note 1 : Convert easily the MS to date with this website : https://currentmillis.com
Note 2 : If a wild pokemon was spawned with fdate:now, the MS value will change if player capture the pokemon into the new date info when capture is successfull
