RtspClient is a package offering a RTSP client which is based on
gstreamer v1.16.2. It's designed for romote controller that is 
supported by FishSemi Inc. It contains an Android app with an jni
library that interacts with gstreamer libs and can work with both
armv7 and arm64 archs.
