This introduces a new quickstart guide for setting up and running the SPAC Shiny application on a macOS (MacArm64) environment using VS Code and Conda.

Quickstart_MacArm64.md: A new markdown file has been created that provides a step-by-step guide on how to clone the repository, set up a Conda environment, modify environment.yml to adapt it to run on macOS, and run the Shiny app.
