The modal dialog opens on hover, which is a weird experience.
Also the formatting inside the modal is not very good e.g.

Will have to discuss this in more detail, in addition with updating the content of tooltips, what else we need to include as part of this ticket, lets discuss it and add a ticket for it @PeterBaker0 |

Based on the content provided by Elana (above link), have updated the tooltips and added customised tooltip popup for forms with close button similar to advancedhelper popup from the app.
The / is using the config in the tooltip content so it will by dynamic based on config value set.
