Updates:

  • Refine triggers of the CI workflow - now run on a push to dev and also on PR open and converting it from a "Draft" to "Ready for review".
  • Add a weekly schedule and also add the keepalive-workflow step to keep the schedule running even w/o recent activity.

Tested on mrakitin/test-repo#1.
