Added SFX when teleporting and added shift-crafting multiple relays at once.

Adds the End Relay
If you craft it with a compass linked to a lodestone NOT IN THE END,
Or you use it NOT IN THE END,
OR you craft it with a regular compass, it will EXPLODE [INTENTIONAL GAME DESIGN]
In the end, if the lodestone is broken, you're still fine

Mining with a regular pickaxe will give the linked compass
Mining with SILK TOUCH gives the block

Persists between server stop/start/restart, just don't modify relayStored.txt in the plugins folder.
