Removed two guides that were never published and useless: a copy of the getting started page, and one for a cloud API that does not exist here. Fixed the snippets that called functions which do not exist, and added a guide to integrate rocksdb in an OTP application.

Fixed the snippets that called functions which do not exist, and added a guide to integrate rocksdb in an OTP application: where to keep the handle, and why a GenServer in front of it is not needed.
