Objetivo da PR
A Receita Federal do Brasil publicou a Instrução Normativa 2229 de 15 de outubro de 2024 que modifica a regra de formação do CNPJ no Brasil.
Essa PR corrige a formatação do CNPJ para aceitar alfanumérico e adicionado um teste de caso
OBS: Todos os CNPJs foram usado de https://servicos.receitafederal.gov.br/servico/cnpj-alfa/simular
