Add AWS deployment to replace Heroku

Heroku has ended free product plans for Heroku Dynos, Heroku PostgreSQL and Heroku Data for Redis on November 28, 2022. We need to add AWS to replace Heroku so participants learn more about deployment using the AWS free tier.
