basic usage with VMWare Workstation PRO, Player and Fusion

• Download ZIP file
• unzip to Virtual Machines directory
• Start VMWare
• Choose *.vmx file
• Start virtual machine
• Login with Ubuntu/geheim

usage with Virtual Box

• Download ZIP file
• unzip to Virtual Machines directory
• Start Virtual Box
• Machine - New - Create with existing VMDK-File - create
• Start virtual machine
• Login with Ubuntu/geheim
