Updates the DevExtreme Arabic localization dictionary (ar.json) to improve/complete message coverage (including ARIA/accessibility strings) and align terminology across multiple UI components.
Changes:
- Updates existing Arabic message values (including validation, pager, scheduler, data grid, and file uploader strings).
- Adds/updates Arabic strings for newer UI areas (e.g., AI-related UI text and ARIA labels).
