Fix: fixed navbar

Description

This pull request fixes an issue where the navbar was not remaining fixed when scrolling to the top of the website.
Now, the navbar stays visible and consistent throughout scrolling for better user experience.

Changes Made

• Updated CSS/JS to ensure the navbar stays fixed at the top.
• Cleaned up minor layout inconsistencies.
