Motivation
We already fell into a permutation hell when it's actually unnecessary. The goal of this PR is to remove everything that is NOT needed and should be covered in
dd-trace-rbinstead.In addition we will standardize Dockerfiles and Ruby versions
Changes
Remove all non final minor versions of frameworks where changes are non-breaking and not impacting the core functionality of the framework.
Remove all assets related files and gems.
