Description
Enable pytest-xdist for the internal test suite.
In general, cuts the runtime in almost half. VPA might kick in and give us some more CPU and they might speed up a little bit, but in general 5-6 min -> 2.5-3.5 mins is what I was seeing.
This should hopefully set some ground work for other suites to enable pytest-xdist
