Support enabling verbose logging for diagnostic/troubleshooting purposes.
Enabling verbose logging should be supported in both the CLI and API.
Functional areas for which detailed/debug logging is important include:
- Obtaining appropriate auth credentials (for GCP and Azure)
- Resolving DRS URIs
- DRS data access/download operations
- ...
