• ::tixiImportElementFromStringAtIndex Creates a new element with the content of the string and checks if it is well formed. (PR #211)

Fixes:

• ::tixiImportElementFromString : XPath cache was not cleared in function that modifies the xml tree. (PR #210).
• Fix missing stdlib.h includes (PR #225)
• fix segfault with libxml2 >= 2.10 after using ::tixiImportElementFromStringAtIndex (PR #234)
• Fix performance issue in ::XPathRegisterDocumentNamespaces my manually filtering duplicate namespaces (PR #238)
• Enable large text nodes using the libxml2 option ENABLE_XML_PARSE_HUGE (PR #243)
