We want to gather ResourceQuotas as part of the information gathered by the Support Export.
We want to gather additional Postgres data points like disk free, disk usage, and the count of *.ready files. This aids in troubleshooting clusters.

This PR gathers additional data points for the support export
*.readyfiles (to identify WAL archiving issues)
