Based on #8289 and c5fb66a and #8515 , I have created a new tag
TRAIN_CONTROLLED, with this tag blocks can be defined, which should be controlled as well as doors over all Carriages. I tested it with the mechanical_drill, but undid it for the pull request, but it worked.
