[Feature Request] Add way to hide recipes by regex #15

Currently JEITweaker is only able to hide items by regex, but not recipes.

This functionality should also be implemented for adding info and hiding categories (useful to hide every category added by a specific mod).

My idea for implementation:
adding hideRecipeByRegex(String regex)
adding hideCategoryByRegex(String regex)
adding addInfoByRegex(String regex, String[] information)
renaming hideRegex to hideItemByRegex to make everything consistent (every function + ByRegex)
