There is a segfault when the cursor is released. mouseOwner becomes NULL, which is used in pointer events. |
format code, remove redundent calls, simplify pointer lock code, fix segfault when pointer or keyboard do not have focus

The cursor can now be locked to a window and users can track the vectors for mouse movement. Users can use the standard cursor icons or load custom ones.
