채팅방 목록 조회 및 검색 API에서 마지막 메시지가 사진 혹은 이모티콘일경우
빈 content 대신 '사진을 보냈습니다.' 혹은 '이모티콘을 보냈습니다'와 같은 String을 반환합니다.
