The extension point should be for normal global functions, not sheet scoped functions (i.e. VBA stuff) or external functions. It's purpose is to fix function names, like future functions.

Version 6 is out of support and version 8 matches global.json. Functins SDK refuses to build in 4.11, even with net8 runtime.
