Looks good! I updated your branch to include a new commit on main which fixes the lockfile. You will need to pull before adding any more commits.
You just need a changelog and then this is ready to merge (see changelog/README.md for more info)

Description
Relating to issue #10, this PR allows some sample obs4MIPs data to be fetched. Currently, only AIRS 2.1 air temperature is included. The decimation function hasn't been changed yet, this PR is purely about fetching the data.
