Wzrk fetch issue

Changes

• As requested in the Issue we have removed the WZRK_FETCH event for page Change
• Reference : https://wizrocket.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/POST/pages/4953768048/Bajaj+wzrk_fetch+event+counted+in+DP

How has this been tested

• Overridden the clevertap.min.js cdn with local build of the branch wzrk_fetch_issue
• Loaded this page and clear Site Data from Application > Storage
• Tested the first load of the page and the wzrk_fetch was being called during the first load.
• After overriding the wzrk_fetch event was not called.
