Allow the fix to be triggered on demand

Hello there, first at all thanks for taking care of fixing shit known problem. Your plugin works flawless.

I'm wondering if would be possible in the event you find some spare time to add an on-demand command to the plugin something like !fixbiginventory so people can trigger the fix if the problem happen when ASF was offline or somehow the auto-fix fails because Steam WebAPI sometimes are not so reliable.
