neonatal dendrictic cell scRNAseq

repo for scRNAseq of sorted dendritic cells from P7 mice in normoxia and hyperoxia.

Alignment was done on Stanford's HPC Sherlock

All subsquent analysis follows in the order of script_pipeline.sh
