Looks good. Note that the dictionary file is still cif_rstr.dic as noted by @jamesrhester

Thank you for the review. I did not change anything related to the dictionary file name, so another PR will be needed once the dictionary file is renamed. |

The repository was recently renamed to cif_restr therefore links and references should be updated accordingly.
