Small Corrections to bibliography files
Another one that gives problems
- Some more corrections - Some consistency changes
The formulation `year = "??"` gave problems in LaTeX (not CGAL's target but for consistency), replacing it with `year ="unknown"`.
The formulation for author `"{Dr. Seuss} [Theodore Seuss Geisel]"` gave problems in doxygen, replacing it with `"{Dr. Seuss}, [Theodore Seuss Geisel]"`

This looks like a heroic effort to come, if you wanted to fix all errors in the fork of this bibliography data base. |

I think it would be good to fix them in the main branch (I would not backport them either). |
